Unfathomable Love- Book 2 Love & Redemption Series picks up from your first novel, Charge of an Angel. What can readers expect with your newest book read?
Readers can expect a very unique reality about how “I love you” can mean so many things.
Why did you decide to present a Love & Redemption Series? Will there be a third?
I decided to present this series because there are so many people in the world hurting and existing far from their best selves. They will not consider counseling whether it be a minister or a psychologist. God revealed to me, this series would be an avenue to heal the broken-hearted who suffer from sexual abuse and domestic violence. Beginning as a child and reaching adulthood is a journey where our pain travels until we realize it is not all that we are and it does not have to own our future. The sad thing about this journey, often times we are not aware of its power over our lives and choices. This series will show readers we are in route to something great.
Yes, there will be one more to this series, “Our Love” where God brings Leona Tillard, the main character home.
Have you always wanted to become an author? What led you to do so?
Actually, I had not thought about being an author, I just knew I understood the power of words as I watched and listened how people abused this power. Verbally, I knew if you had good communication skills you can shut down wrong. Becoming an author was God-ordained; it is my destiny to share words of healing and encouragement to people who seek deliverance from their own self-destruction. I was led by a friend to read a book by Dr. Phil, “Self Matters”. Little did I know it would be the catalyst to reveal my secret sufferings. By the time I reached the end of his book, I thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown. One night, my fingers hit the keyboard and three novels were created that set me on the path of healing and healing others.
Who or what inspires you?
Honestly, God inspires me because I am still amazed of the work he has given me to create for His people. I know I am not alone because when God wants me to do something, He communicates it well what it is I am to say and write. I love it! It such a humbling experience.
The main character of the book, Leona Tillard, is looking for Unfathomable love. Describe what this means?
Actually, Leona isn’t so much looking for Unfathomable Love as much as it is coming into her life blowing her mind and teaching her the importance of knowing who you are.
If you were given the opportunity to co-author, a book with a well-known writer who would it be?
I would say, Cyrus Webb, because we both believe in keeping the strong, strong in their journey through life. And, I like what he stands for which is faith and trust in God and your abilities.
What are some of the things you like to do when you are not writing?
I love spending time with my family especially my mother because she is my best friend. I also enjoy yoga and long walks. I love spending quality time with myself. I recently picked up something I really enjoy, interviewing people who share their truths on my online television show “The Truth Will Set You Free” of the TLBTV and the Liberty Beacon Project.
Any promotional plans for the book? How can readers stay connected?
I share my books with social media to include Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, blog posters, promotional services, book giveaways and interviews are some ways I promote my books.
